Client, Subscriber and Visitor Content

All of our Clients, Subscribers and Visitors that use any of our services provided, are bound by the policies and guidelines outlined below...

Wildfire Enterprises, agrees to provide our Clients with web hosting, web design, site registration, search engine submission, maintenance support and other internet related services.  Our Client's intent should be to use to use their Website(s), and or WebPages, and/or online internet ads, for business, organizational and/or commercial use within the parameters defined below.

All services provided by Wildfire Enterprises, may be used for lawful purposes only.  Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited.  This includes, but is not limited to... copyrighted material, material that is threatening or obscene, material that is "adult only" content, or material protected by trade secrets and other statue.  Our clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wildfire Enterprises, from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the client or any other party.

Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on any Wildfire Enterprises' owned, operated, or designed, or any other outside companies' server or website, where our companies' work is intended for public internet viewing.  We are not, nor will we be involved with, these such websites and companies.  This includes any internal or external sexual content, or direct links to adult content elsewhere.  This is also true for all sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers and company, and/or any other companies' server and/or website, and/or webpage on the internet.  Links to such materials is also prohibited.  Wildfire Enterprises, will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Porn - Pornography, Any XXX Materials, Spamming Software, Spamming E-mail, 3rd Party Pop-Ups.

Our clients agree that Wildfire Enterprises, will not be held responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or any types of statistics of any information displayed from, or within our client's website, regardless of author, source, creator or implementation.  Our client agrees to review any designs, services, changes or maintenance performed on it's behalf by Wildfire Enterprises, and inform Wildfire Enterprises, of any errors within 24 hours of the said changes appearing in the website, and/or webpage.

Intellectual Property Rights
Material accessible to you through Wildfire Enterprises, services may be subject to protection under the United States or other copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information.  Except, when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use the Wildfire Enterprises, services in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access or receive through the Wildfire Enterprises, network.  If you use a domain name in connection with the Wildfire Enterprises, service or similar service, you must not use that domain name in violation of any trademark, service mark, or similar rights of any third party.

Network Security & Other Outside Entities
Clients may not use the Wildfire Enterprises Network with an attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account.  This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the client, logging into a server or account the client is not expressly authorized to access, password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weakness, or violation of any other organization's security policy.  Clients may not attempt to interfere or deny service to any user, host, or network.  This includes, but is not limited to, flooding, mail bombing, or other deliberate attempts to overload or crash a host or network.  Wildfire Enterprises, will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.  Users who violate system or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.

Defamation
Defamatory speech distributed over the Internet can result in civil liability for the defamer.

Refusal of Service
Wildfire Enterprises, reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel services at any time.  Violation of any of rules or policies described herein could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination.  Accounts shut down and/or terminated due to policy violations, will not be refunded.

Indemnification
The client agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Wildfire Enterprises, and its affiliates harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Wildfire Enterprises, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by client(s), it's agents, employees or assigns.  Our clients agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wildfire Enterprises, and it's affiliates against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Wildfire Enterprises services or Wildfire Enterprises itself; (2) any material supplied by client infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement.  The client agrees to limit the liability of Wildfire Enterprises, to the written contract amount invoiced and paid for services during the contract's dated period and agreed upon and signed by both Wildfire Enterprises and the client. 

Any and all content implemented in to our client's websites are presumed 100% fully legal and legit by and for the clients own use by verbal consent and/or written contract and/or information provided to Wildfire Enterprises by all of our clients.  Wildfire Enterprises will not be at all responsible for any and all content of any type within any of it's clients webpage(s) designed by, hosted by, or maintained by Wildfire Enterprises, nor is Wildfire Enterprises responsible or liable to follow or honor any outside entities, companies, government agencies or organizations' guidelines and/or restrictions and/or rules that are not in full written contract by Wildfire Enterprises and the past, present or future clients of Wildfire Enterprises.  These are to be the full responsibility of the client(s), not Wildfire Enterprises or it's own websites. 

Disclaimer
Wildfire Enterprises, will not be responsible for any damages our client's business and/or organization may suffer.  We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide, except as specifically defined herein.  Wildfire Enterprises, disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by any of its affiliates and its employees.  The client agrees that the maximum damages for which Wildfire Enterprises can under any circumstances be held liable will be equal to the Contract fees shown and paid by the client within the written, signed and dated Contract ("Contract" also meaning "Invoice") and ("Proposal" also meaning "Estimate").  We reserve the right to amend or update these policies without any type of notice whatsoever.  Failure to follow any of these "Terms Of Service, Policies And Conditions", may result in total account deactivation, and/or all services would be terminated and full "non-refund" would be in effect immediately and all "Proposals", or "Written Contracts" would also immediately then become "Null And Void".

Client Privacy Policy

Any and all information provided to Wildfire Enterprises by a client will remain totally confidential.  We will never sell or exchange or give away your e-mail address or any and all other information and/or data that a client provides to Wildfire Enterprises to a third party, unless specifically requested to do so by the client.

Guarantee and Refund Policy
In the event that Wildfire Enterprises, fails to provide the services or products ordered, the client will be entitled on request and following written notification, to a refund equal to the amount of fees paid prorated for the portion of time the service or product was not available or provided.  At all times, the maximum total refund amount associated with any guarantee or warranty will be equal to the total amount paid by the client for services rendered with the previous monthly, yearly and/or entire written Contract period.  If for any reason that any type of deposit or pre-payment or partial payment is submitted to Wildfire Enterprises strictly based on a written "Proposal" and/or "Estimate" prior to any approved written and dated and signed Contract by both parties, the client will surrender the total amount of any and all monies given to Wildfire Enterprises.  Any and all "Proposals" or "Estimates" are only honored for a 30 day total period.  At that point, any or all "Proposals" or "Estimates" will become "Null And Void" and then A new "Proposal" or "Estimate" may be reissued and at that point may also be subject to new and/or adjusted pricing and may also increase as well.  After this 30 day period, this type of deposit becomes the full possession of Wildfire Enterprises and is absolutely then considered to be non-refundable at all back to the client.  The deposit is also to be considered "unclaimed" by the client.  All Contract dates are effective and enforced strictly from within a written Contract itself and it's dates that are listed are all included and this must be signed, dated and agreed upon by both the client and Wildfire Enterprises.  If the client fails to provide any needed information and/or materials for any work to be performed, that in fact the client may have in their possession to start or finish any part of, or all services based on a written "Proposal", "Estimate", "Invoice" or written "Contract", Wildfire Enterprises may then reserve the right to cancel all work immediately, and any work that has already been performed or is in the process of, will be terminated and may then at that time initiate termination of all work and all written "Proposals", "Estimates", "Invoices" or written "Contracts", which at that time, any total or any partial amounts of payments made to Wildfire Enterprises, would be totally held by the possession of Wildfire Enterprises and then are to become totally non-refundable back to the client from Wildfire Enterprises.  Wildfire Enterprises reserves the right with their own sole discretion to provide and/or issue a full or partial monetary value in a non-money, credit only, of that which Wildfire Enterprises would specify and would be totally satisfied with, towards a new written Contract and/or towards another type of service and/or subscription of our own absolute choosing and not by the client's own choosing and/or wishes.

Compatibility

Designing a website to fully work in different companies' browsers (and browser versions) can require considerable, demanding effort.  It could also involve creating multiple versions of code/webpages.  Wildfire Enterprises represents and warrants that the website we design for you will work in...
Microsoft® Internet Explorer Versions 3 and up, Netscape® Navigator/Communicator Version 3 and up, AOL® Version 5 and up.  Wildfire Enterprises will make more than sufficient efforts to design a fully-functional website.  The Wildfire Enterprises warrantee does not cover text-based browsers or client requested special effects that we have advised you against. 

We will design and/or program as close as possible in regards to the clients verbal or written and/or drawn designs and requests.  But, we can not always match 100% of these entities due to the many numerous variations and designs in computer hardware, software, video card and/or computer manufacturers, pertaining to screen colors, screen resolution,  dot pitch, internet browsers, and any or all other materials provided by our clients that are not made specifically for or meant for internet websites and/or webpages, such as paper printed flyers, mailings, graphics, other materials and/or designs, etc...

Accessibility for People with Disabilities
The Wildfire Enterprises standard is to meet at least half the currently recommended guidelines for website development without sacrificing quality and design in regards to any persons with any disabilities or handicaps .  We strive to the fullest to ensure that the content and functions we build into our websites are available to all visitors within our websites and/or webpages.

Completion Date
Wildfire Enterprises and our clients must work together to complete the Web Design Project in a timely manner.  We agree to work expeditiously to complete the Web Design Project no later than 30 days after Client has submitted all necessary materials for that particular project.  (NOTE: We only accept all provided client content and materials vie e-mail from the client to Wildfire Enterprises!  We do  NOT accept facsimile transmissions or hard paper copies for the content or materials needed for any reason - at anytime - no exceptions!)  We only accept certain facsimile transmissions - such as our standard "New Website Questionnaire.  We enforce a $25.00 per letter sized hard copy to re-type any and all information for use in a client's website!  If the Client does not supply Wildfire Enterprises with complete text and graphics content for this Web Design Project within 45 days of the effective date of the contract agreement, the entire deposit amount of the contract agreement shall be retained by Wildfire Enterprises as liquidated damages and the contract shall become null and void, at Wildfire Enterprises' option, unless the Web Design Project is canceled in writing by our clients prior to 45 days of the effective date of the agreement and signed by both parties.

Electronic Commerce Laws
Our clients agree that the client is solely responsible for complying with any laws, taxes, and tariffs applicable in any way to the Web Design Project or any other services contemplated herein, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Wildfire Enterprises and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, fine, penalty, or tariff arising from the client's exercise of internet electronic commerce and/or any failure to comply with any such laws, taxes, and tariffs.

Links/Hyperlinks
Wildfire Enterprises has not reviewed all of the sites which are linked to this site, nor any of it's other contracted client's websites and the existence of such internal or external links does not indicate our approval or endorsement of any material contained on any linked website of our own, nor any client's website contracted by Wildfire Enterprises. Wildfire enterprises is not responsible for the contents of any website linked to this website, nor any of it's other contracted client's websites. Your connection to any such linked site is at your own risk.

Wildfire Enterprises Web/E-Mail Server(s) E-mail Specific Policies

Be certain you are incompliance with all Wildfire Enterprises e-mail policies.  Here are some things to think about before setting up server e-mail forwarding...

Forwarding is intended to be a temporary means of redirecting e-mail.  If you are leaving Wildfire Enterprises for good, your Wildfire Enterprises accounts will deactivate according to a scheduled account termination.  Once the accounts are deleted, forwarding stops.

We do not forward to non-Wildfire Enterprises addresses institutionally in order to preserve the integrity of Wildfire Enterprises' unique, Internet IP identity.  Wildfire Enterprises must not be confused with or associated with another commercial service or another e-mail service company via the Internet.  You as an individual, may forward from an account assigned to you to other accounts, on your own responsibility.

Forwarding is not selective.  Once set: all e-mail sent to your address here is redirected to the other one.  We cannot guarantee or troubleshoot what happens when your e-mail is sent to another account, unless that account is also a Wildfire Enterprises account.  E-mail which is forwarded to another account cannot be recovered if it is lost.
 

Filters, and anti-spam features on other systems can prevent you from seeing e-mail which you forward from Wildfire Enterprises.  Check your other account's provider's instructions carefully if you think some e-mail is being lost.  Also check what e-mail address the sender has filled in for you.  If they make a mistake in addressing, e-mail will not be forwarded.
 

You must be careful to avoid creating loops when setting the forwarding e-mail address.  If your account is blaa-blaa@wildfire-ent.com and your e-mail alias is betty-boop@yahoo.com - setting a forward will create an infinite loop which can fill your inbox rapidly and cause severe problems.  The same thing can happen if you forward to non-Wildfire Enterprises account, if that account has been set to forward back to Wildfire Enterprises.

Copyright to the finished web design website produced by Wildfire Enterprises will be owned by Wildfire Enterprises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written contract, signed by both parties.  Our clients will be assigned rights to use the Web Design Project as a website, once final payment under this agreement and any additional charges incurred have been paid.  Rights to photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners.  Wildfire Enterprises and it's subcontractors retain the right to display their own company graphics, company advertising ads and/or banner ads and any other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.  All Web Design Projects will contain a copyright/legal statement.

Payments
Payments must be made promptly based on the written or electronic contract terms of all Website Design Projects, Web Hosting & Web Advertising Subscriptions.  Wildfire Enterprises reserves the right to remove any Web Design Project from posting and viewing on the Internet until final payment is made and the project job is paid in full.  In the case that collection proves necessary, our clients agree to pay all fees (including all attorney's fees and court costs) and/or late fees incurred by that process.  This agreement becomes effective immediately, when instated solely by Wildfire Enterprises.

Wildfire Enterprises, agrees to provide services as detailed in written contract, on a month to month, yearly or any other written agreement based in the written contract, following receipt of payment as specified herein and invoiced to our clients via our online billing system: http://www.wildfire-ent.com/billing, email, postal mail, facsimile or printed copy.  Our clients are not bound by any additional long term, non-signed and non-agreed upon contracts, by both the client and Wildfire Enterprises.

If our clients fail to pay an invoiced amount within seven days of the invoice or contract due date, Wildfire Enterprises, may at it's sole discretion...
(1) Suspend or Terminate and shutdown all services, projects, hosting and subscriptions provided, (2) Reallocate the server space allocated to client for any purpose designated appropriate by Wildfire Enterprises, (3) Charge additional late fees to re-instate services for the client.  The minimum fee to re-instate an overdue account starts in the amount of $50.00 after 30 days of being un-paid and reoccurring every 30 days per month accumulative being un-paid and may be a higher amount set by the total discretion of Wildfire Enterprises at anytime.  Overdue accounts may incur additional late fees on a per-month and/or per-month basis with the overdue account amounts set by Wildfire Enterprises, this policy especially applies to all web hosting accounts.

The adding of programmed Meta Tags (Description and Keywords) and the submission of our clients Web Design Project to Web search engines and updating, may and can occur only after the full final payment is made to Wildfire Enterprises from our client.  All payments will be made in U.S. Dollars by means of cash, major credit card, debit card, personal and/or company and/or organization checks.

Payment for services provided hereby, shall be made in accordance with the conditions contained in the client's contract and the Package Price, attached hereto, and made a part of this agreement hereof, notwithstanding any prices listed in literature or on WebPages, both the Client and Wildfire Enterprises agree that the services described in the contract, and the Package Price, shall be completed for $_______.  The Client agrees to pay to Wildfire Enterprises an initial, non-refundable deposit of $_______ (normally, 75% or 50% of the estimated total cost) upon execution of this agreement.  Final payment is due upon online publishing, public internet viewing and/or delivery completion of the client's Website Design Project.  All Website Subscriptions and Online web Advertising fees will be pre-paid in full, prior to any and all public online viewing in any Wildfire Enterprises' owned business directories, websites and servers, and/or the client's same.

If for any reason, at anytime, a current client of Wildfire Enterprises, sells or hands off in any way, their current business that is contracted with Wildfire Enterprises and/or NJ Shore Guide to a new ownership and/or new partnership, any and all current and prior contracted yearly renewal dates, pricing and the overall entire contract with the current business, will become "null and void" and a brand new contract and/or invoice will be presented to the new owner(s) of that particular business establishment, with new contracts being agreed upon by both the new client(s) and Wildfire Enterprises and after agreement and signing of the new contracts, as well as receiving payment in full, new services and yearly subscriptions will become in effect for the following business day of the new terms agreement and contract signings.

Shore Internet Solutions, Inc. & Wildfire Enterprises & www.shore-guide.com

On October 8th, 2002, "New Jersey Shore Guide" or "NJ Shore Guide" or "Shore Guide" (www.shore-guide.com and www.shoreguide.com) two domains, businesses and products and services directories, the existing client base and the totality and full content of the client's websites and/or webpages and monthly and/or yearly subscription accounts were purchased by Wildfire Enterprises from Shore Internet Solutions, Incorporated.  Wildfire Enterprises had already been the sole Web Designers and Programmers for Shore Internet Solutions, Inc. for over two and a half years of time, pertaining to roughly all of it's Clients, before making the companies' purchase, and we are fully aware of any pre-existing monies owed to Shore Internet Solutions, Inc., for overdue monthly and/or yearly subscriptions.  Shore Internet Solutions, Inc., did not collect all or partial subscription fees from many of their existing clients, before being sold to Wildfire Enterprises.  Wildfire Enterprises may peruse any and/or all client's overdue billing collections of all previous back payments owed from subscribers who owed payments to Shore Internet Solutions, Inc., before, during and after this sales transaction to Wildfire Enterprises.  Wildfire Enterprises will now be fully responsible and legally liable for collecting any and/or all overdue payments from any company and/or organization that has overdue subscriptions or services. 

Unless a prior written letter is composed, signed and sent by the establishment's owner or management requesting their future subscription to be cancelled and is received by Wildfire Enterprises by either postal mail and/or facsimile with a request to terminate their future subscription online advertising services, Wildfire Enterprises reserves the right to then automatically renew their subscription including it's pricing and terms and then bill out for the particular subscription matching the previous dates and terms or this may increase by a set amount for the current time period with a new subscription and fees for that term.  Wildfire Enterprises will also then bill the subscription owed from a client on a per month pro-rated basis and also reserves the right to bill out interest charges as a percentage of the total amount owed in full.  Wildfire Enterprises always bills out payment due invoices and statements by either postal mail, e-mail, facsimile, or hand delivery by a Wildfire Enterprises staff member or by all of these delivery methods.

Wildfire Enterprises may reserve the right to deactivate, shutdown and/or terminate any of it's Shore-Guide's, Client's accounts which are already behind and/or overdue on their subscription payments and/or those not brought up to current date, paid to Wildfire Enterprises at any time.  Any prior and all future subscriptions will be brought up to current date, with their accounts pre-paid in full to Wildfire Enterprises, for the continuation of any services and/or subscriptions with Wildfire Enterprises.  Wildfire Enterprises reserves the right to deny any and all future services and/or subscriptions and/or webpage or website modifications for a client pertaining to their businesse(s) and/or organization(s) prior to, or currently in good standing in monitory graces with Wildfire Enterprises pertaining to all of the particular client's account(s) being paid in full and brought up to current date and status.  Some of our subscribers are already overdue in their subscription payments by over one full year in New Jersey - "Shore Guide.com".  These particular sites may have already been shutdown and/or  deactivated by the sole discretion and final decision of Wildfire Enterprises, until the client's payment is up to date and made in full to Wildfire Enterprises.  In the case that collection proves necessary, our clients agree to pay all fees (including all attorney's fees and court costs) and/or late fees incurred by that process.  This agreement becomes effective immediately and decided solely by Wildfire Enterprises.

Wildfire Enterprises is in no way, shape or form, legally liable and/or responsible for any or all financial debts, business practices, operations, employees, or any other business related concerns, etc... that may have been incurred and/or utilized by Shore Internet Solutions, Incorporated in regards to it's previous creditors and/or clients, etc..., nor are we in no way, shape or form, legally liable and/or responsible for any other dealings before, during or after the time that Shore Internet Solutions, Inc. was in ownership and operation of "Shore Guide" (www.shore-guide.com and www.shoreguide.com), with the exception of the  financial billing subscriptions and services, billing account statuses of it's clients while in the dates of operation by Shore Internet Solutions, Inc., with regards to any clients overdue subscriptions and/or services while under the name of Shore Internet Solutions, Inc. and/or Shore-Guide.com.  Any existing overdue accounts and their financial billing statuses and any and available previous records will however, will be transferred over to Wildfire Enterprises and any said overdue account balances by the existing and/or previous clients which are overdue, will be expected to make payment in full, directly to Wildfire Enterprises, as well as any additional payments for any future services and/or subscriptions rendered, in which the client will also make payment in full to Wildfire Enterprises.  Late fees and interest charges may incur for any client who is tardy with their payment to Wildfire Enterprises and the amount of the fees and/or interest amount will be set and final by the sole discretion of Wildfire Enterprises.

All services and policies pertaining to Lacey Business.com (www.laceybusiness.com) local businesses directories and including it's products and services of it's included subscribers are in fact, and may be the same as the above mentioned of "Shore Guide" (www.shore-guide.com and www.shoreguide.com), and all of these policies also  do in fact apply, with the exception that Lacey Business.com was originated by, and is currently owned and operated by Wildfire Enterprises.  All other policies may and will also apply to all clients that are included in this full content, and online posted, "Terms Of Service", provided by Wildfire Enterprises.  All agreements between our clients and Wildfire Enterprises are also in written and signed and dated valid contracts.

This Terms Of Service Agreement constitutes the sole agreement between Wildfire Enterprises and all clients regarding their Web Design Project, subscriptions and/or services.  Any additional work not specified in our written contract or any other amendment or modification to written contract must be authorized by a written request signed by both  our client and Wildfire Enterprises.  All prices specified in any written contract will be honored for 30 days after both parties sign this contract.  Continued services after that time will require a new contract agreement.  Our client hereby agrees to the terms, conditions and stipulations of the contract agreements on behalf of his or her organization or business.  This "Terms Of Service" and it's content  constitutes the entire understanding of any and all parties.  Any contract changes or modifications thereto must be in writing and signed by both parties.  If any of the terms or conditions described herein fail to be followed, it will result in grounds for immediate account and or contract deactivation, shutdown and termination.  This terms Of Service notice is subject to change by the discretion of Wildfire Enterprises without prior notice.  Your actual contract may vary based on the Package Type or extra services that our particular client may choose. 

Wildfire Enterprises is not responsible for any outside company entities, contracts, contracting, subscriptions and the hosting of any domain names that are not exclusively written and signed within contract agreements by Wildfire Enterprises and our present and future clients.  Wildfire Enterprises is not to be held responsible, nor legally liable in any way, for the honoring any previous outside companies' contracts, pertaining to a Client's own Website Hosting, Domain Name Parking, Registration, Submission, Subscriptions and/or Renewals and/or other third party companies and/or entities an/or organizations, with the exception of Shore Internet Solutions, Inc. and/or New Jersey - "Shore Guide" (www.shore-guide.com and www.shoreguide.com).  Wildfire Enterprises is not required to recognize, nor required to honor any contracts from any other companies retained by our present or future clients.

We are not responsible for any external website(s) links or website(s) posted within any and all of our own websites and designs, and also pertaining to any and all Websites and Webpages of our clients.  We are not affiliated with, nor connected, nor partnered with, in any way whatsoever, with any other internet, web hosting, e-commerce and/or website design companies.  We may however, be subcontracted with any other internet related companies, in which their companies' "Terms Of Services" would apply to our clients along with our Wildfire Enterprises "Terms Of Services", as well.   

It is the sole responsibility of all of our clients and any other visitors and third parties to read and agree to our "Terms Of Service Agreement" before engaging in any business practices and/or dealings whatsoever with Wildfire Enterprises or it's sub-sites, such as NJ Shore Guide www.shore-eguide.com, or LaceyBusiness.Com www.laceybusiness.com.  We reserve the right to amend or update these policies without any type of notice whatsoever.  Wildfire Enterprises may at any time, revise these Terms of Service by updating this posting. You are bound by such revisions and should therefore visit this page to review the current Terms from time to time.  Wildfire Enterprises reserves the right, without notice and for any reason, to remove any content on this website and all of it's contracted websites, and to deny access of any user or users to all or any part of this website and all of it's contracted websites.
